W. Craig Poulter, O.D.
Dr. Poulter was born in Heber City, Utah and lived in Midway for a year until his parents moved to Salt Lake City. He graduated from Skyline High School in 1998, after which he attended one year at Ricks College, served for two years as a Spanish-speaking LDS missionary in the California Arcadia Mission, then returned to attend three more years at Brigham Young University-Idaho, graduating with a Bachelor of Science degree in 2004.
He attended the Southern California College of Optometry in Fullerton from 2004-2008 where he had the opportunity to serve for three years on the Student Association Board first as a Director for the Department of Community Health, then as President of the Student Association, and finally as Immediate Past-President. In addition to being trained at the Eye Care Center of SCCO, his training has also included internships at the Center for the Partially Sighted in Los Angeles, the Optometric Center of Los Angeles, the Salt Lake City VA Medical Center, the Moran Eye Center at the University of Utah, and Hoopes Vision in Sandy. He earned his Doctor of Optometry degree in May of 2008, and was selected to deliver an Inspirational Message at the beginning of the graduation ceremony.
Dr. Poulter joined Vision Source @ Jordan Landing shortly after he graduated and is an active member of the Utah Optometric Association, the American Optometric Association, and the West Jordan Chamber of Commerce.
He enjoys hiking in the Wasatch Mountains, as well as working in his own backyard and resides in West Jordan with his wife and children.

Stephanie A. Castle, O.D.
Dr. Stephanie Castle received her Doctor of Optometry from Southern California College of Optometry, in Fullerton, California. She graduated with Cum Laude honors and was an active member of Beta Sigma Kappa, the international honors society. Prior to optometry school, Dr. Castle completed her bachelors of science in biology at the University of California, Los Angeles. Part of her training during optometry school included internships in an ophthalmology practice in Sacramento, California, a primary care optometry office in Lake Tahoe, California, and at the VA Hospital in Salt Lake City, Utah. After graduation, Dr. Castle continued her education by doing a residency at the VA Hospital in Salt Lake City, Utah, where she focused on primary care optometry, glaucoma, macular degeneration, and ocular surface disease. She also specialized in fitting specialty contact lenses under the direction of Dr. Harald Olafsson at both the VA hospital, and at the Moran Eye Center.
Dr. Castle is a member of the Utah Optometric Association, the American Optometric Association, and locally she enjoys providing eye care to the undeserved community in the greater Salt Lake Valley through A non-profit organization. Dr. Castle joined Vision Source at Jordan Landing in 2014.
